This chapter is the third instalment in season 2 of Gallifrey.

The mystery of 'the broken man' is solved here.

Lynda Bellingham as Darkel is very devious with her plotting and scheming in this chapter. Quite a contrast to what was shown of the character (when she was nameless as the Inquisitor) in the 1986 TV serial The Trial of A Time Lord.
Despite the mystery and intrigue of Pandora it really didn’t grip me but I am giving it a passing grade.
