It has been reported last week that BBC Drama is developing Outcasts, a
series that from its description sounds like Blake's 7:

Found out from DWM 384 that Outcasts was developed by Julie Gardner.

From that same issue of DWM, Outcasts is written by Ben Richards.

His previous work include episodes of Spooks.
