283. I think there was some sort of Doctor Who play. Christopher Eccelston appeared briefly as the 9th Doctor, and I think he was meeting Jack for dinner at a restaurant. Then suddenly, 9 became a woman, but still wearing the same outfit. Then suddenly the woman became the 10th Doctor, wearing a wig and with fake breasts.
Despite the absurdity of this dream, it really made me miss the 9th Doctor. Must be time to dig out my Series One DVDs...
284. There was a preview for Doctor Who on TV. It was a Slitheen episode that doesn't exist in real life, but in the dream we'd seen it. I commented that it was a repeat, and also wondered why my dad watched the preview since he normally goes out of his way to avoid previews, next time trailers or anything that gives spoilers.
285. When I dreamt this I thought it was a Post Doomsday reunion dream, but now possibly it's a Post Journey's End dream. 10 (or 10.5?) and Rose were driving (I think) along Bad Wolf Bay. Rose revealed that Pete had promoted her position (at Torchwood, I'm guessing), but she'd chosen to quit and stay at home. She apparently had "talent" (?), but couldn't have a baby. I think the Doctor had done some questionable action, and Rose told him, "You used to have a soul". He replied, "I still do. Just a different kind of soul". (I was thinking here that she was referring to 9 turning into 10, but now it may be 10 into 10.5). Rose kept thinking of when the Doctor disappeared the first time she was on Bad Wolf Bay, and couldn't help but be glad to see him again.
I also dreamt that I wrote that last dream down. So after waking up, it was a little while before I realised that I hadn't written anything down. |

| 286. Another dream of the strange and transitory nature: Ianto was at school, with me, I was sort of Jack, but we were both girls (and as such at some points wearing school uniform). We did everything together and went everywhere together. Sometimes I'd nervously go to hold hands, but I was worried that we'd get dirty looks. Also, I think Ianto was given the chance to watch me suffer (he said in Cyberwoman that he'd watch Jack suffer), but he didn't. |

The weird thing is, I only started dreaming heaps as soon as I got into Doctor Who...
287. A Torchwood dream. Jack and Ianto were there, and I'm sure there was some flirting/kissing. Apparently Ianto had some exams to do (no doubt a reflection of me and my HSC...) Martha was also there, and she made some sort of comment to Gwen, and then Gwen made a comment about how she was going to get Jack all to herself. Then they were on soms sort of mission due to some suspicious activity, but a couple of them got caught. The strange thing is Chris Taylor from the Chaser was apparently one of them, but he looked like Simon Baker with a beard. As he and whoever else was captured looked out from their "cell" (it was a sort of attic), they saw that it was snowing, and that Christmas was coming/here.
They must have gotten out of it all right, because then it cut to a small house, with it still snowing. Everyone (I think) was gathered there, and Jack was hugging someone very tightly. When it got to the close-up I saw that it was an older version of Jack. At one point I thought Jack was going to kiss him, but then they just hugged again. Then he moved on to an older woman, who I realised was his mum. Jack was telling her that he was going to stay with her for a while and look after her, and I thought he was referring to his older self but then I realised that his older self was actually his father. Then Jack said something about how his mum had wanted a bride for him - and Jack revealed that he was wearing a wedding dress - he was the bride.
"Do you want to see the groom?" he asked. So out of the house stepped Ianto, wearing a black suit ... and a long black veil behind his head, for some reason.
At this point I became sort half awake and half asleep, so I managed to reconstruct the ending, but at the same time not be totally in control:
Jack was talking to his mum, and then told her he'd like her to meet someone. He had Ianto by his side, and told her, "This is Ianto Jones. My fiance". Cue a lot of excitement and happiness from his mum, and when she went to talk to the other people Jack and Ianto were talking excitedly.
Cut to Jack and Ianto running down the aisle, with everyone looking on and clapping and cheering. Well, I said everyone - Martha looked at Gwen and asked her if she was happy. Gwen said no.
Finished! And I decided not to write any of this down, so I had to keep replaying it in my head ever since I woke up. |

288. I was at my local Video Ezy, and I saw Torchwood Series One Part One to buy for $15 I think (I've actually seen in there for $30 in real life). There was also a big glossy book with pictures and information about the characters.
Andrew Hansen was also there. We hugged. |

289. My first Sarah Jane Adventures dream. Sarah Jane and Luke were at home (or it may have been my house) and they were worried that there might be a burglar. Sarah Jane was telling Luke how to handle it, to remain calm etc.
I think there was more but I can't remember. |

| 290. Jack and Ianto kissed. It was sort of a combo of the kisses from End of Days and To The Last Man, coz Ianto instigated it, but it was closed mouth. |

291. I was there, and so was the Doctor. I can't remember if he started as the 5th Doctor, but at some point he was the 6th Doctor. I kept hanging around him, flirting, and saying how cute and funny he was. He responded in typical 6th Doctor fashion. Then I believe he somehow turned back into his previous form. Then I think I was in another area and the 5th Doctor was there, but I thought he was someone else - like somehow the 6th Doctor turned 5th was his brother. I was telling him how the 6th had changed back and wondered how he'd done it. After a while I realised that this was the 6th turned 5th.
At some point I was flirting with the 5th, and it was either him or the 6th that told me I had... what was it, 320 "charms" about me? And the 5th kissed me on the lips. I only responded by leaning in.
So it was annoying when I remembered the dream this morning and thought, "Damn - I'm still 18 and never been kissed!"
EDIT: I recall now that while I was flirting with 6, he told me he ws gay. I said that was cool since I'm a total fag-hag anyway.
Do you think he was just trying to get rid of me? |

292. I was listening to the audio version of The Seeds of Doom.
I can guess where this one came from. Yesterday I listened to my first Doctor Who Big Finish audio adventure. It was bloody fantastic! |

The Boy That Time Forgot. Now that was unexpected!
I have also concluded that I like Nyssa in the audios, because she seems to have learnt how to act. |

294. I was having a discussion with my dad and brother, possibly at the dinner table, about certain TV pairings. We talked about the Marc/Cliff pairing from Ugly Betty, but I wanted to get onto Jack/Ianto.
Lately I've been dreaming really strangely. It's like I've been awake, but the dream has just formed and carried on without any effort on my part (a bit like in dream #287). This morning I sort of dreamt that I was Lisa Simpson, and that some older man took me to Shelbyville, except it was a bit like a parallel universe in that the 9th Doctor was there, but he wasn't the Doctor. I've decided not to include this in the count, but I'll still record it. |
