Yes, I was aware of how that sounded as I typed it. I just couldn't be bothered to think of another way to say it.

235. *SPOILERS FOR S4* It was my version of the final story (which I haven't seen yet). On the scanner screen at the beginning, you could see Rose, and also ... the Face of Boe!

It was revealed how the Doctor's hand came to be in the TARDIS (something that's been bugging me) - the Doctor, Jack and possibly other companions were on an alien planet, and Jack was in some tricky situation. He was going to give the hand to the Doctor, but then he fell and got knocked out, dropping the hand on the ground (at this point my dad was complaining about how all Jack had to do was reach out for it), and quite close, were bones of another hand... Both hands were meant to be the Doctor's hand, but from 2 points in time. The Doctor said it was a neverending paradox (no doubt inspired by the one in The Doctor's Daughter last night). So I know that doesn't actually say how the hand got in the TARDIS, but it was meant to.

Then Martha was wandering around some laboratory, and Rose was there. Martha was apparently looking for the Daleks, because Rose said, "There are no Daleks", and may have added, "Martha". Martha then said, "Oh, my God. You're Rose." Rose, who looked a little older and spoke in a slightly different accent, then explained the situation. I can't remember what it was, but she definitely explained it.

At one point I dreamt I was writing the dream down as I dreamt, with my eyes open looking at the paper but I could still see the dream happening in front of me. So what a blow it was when I woke up and realised I had to write it all down for real.

236. I downloaded a vid from www.insidethetardis.com. Or did I upload it? I know I uploaded a vid in real life yesterday, but I'm pretty sure I dreamt about that website too...

237. Ian got dropped back home after The Daleks, never to see the Doctor again. I don't know if Barbara was with him - I was only concentrating on Ian...

Oh dear, my dreams aren't very original these days:

238. Involved this site, and Theta Sigma posting some messages.

240. Donna was there, and I think it was announced that she was going to be my new mother! I was thrilled at the news, and gave her a hug. My brother - not so much.

I think Rose got through to this universe, and she had a message - wearing it on her T-Shirt. I had to quickly copy it down, and I was doing this on my notepad, but my dad was dictating it really slowly and I'm sure he said more than was actually on the T-Shirt.

241. *SPOILERS FOR S4* I was watching the Doctor/Rose reunion, and it was playing out quite like my dream #224:

224. *SPOILERS FOR S4* It was set at the end of Turn Left (which I haven't seen yet). The Doctor was there, Rose was there, and I was sort of in the middle. I saw Rose on my right, then turned left to see the Doctor's reaction. His jaw dropped in an expression of utter disbelief and utter joy. Then they were sitting next to each other, and the Doctor softly said to Rose, "I love you. I love you so much", etc. He softly kissed her face, but never actually made contact with her lips (but who cares!).

So in this one, one of them was kissing the other softly all over the face, possibly making their way up the face (can't remember who was kissing who), and the camera shot was like the "helmet kiss" in The Impossible Planet. Watching this I was amazed because I had dreamt that the reunion would be like that, and it was. Then eventually, they did kiss.

So annoying to wake up and find that it wasn't true!

It took me a while to realise that this actually was a dream:

242. I was telling my dad about when the Doctor and Romana first met. How she told him her name was Romanadvoratrelundar, he'd told her it was too long and that he'd called her Romana, but she didn't like it, and he said it was either Romana or Fred, and she'd said, "All right, call me Fred".

This morning I asked my dad if we'd had this conversation, and he said no.

Funnily, I also dreamt that I was watching The Sally Lockhart Mysteries starring Billie Piper, and that Sally/Billie said to her client, "Hello (Mr Jones? Something like that...) Call me Fred."

243. I was in my school library, and a fellow student was reading a Doctor Who fanfic that I wrote. It was in book form, so it must have been published! Except unlike my actual fic, this one started with a prologue talking about the Chaser team's role in the story, as opposed to the little girl's doll coming alive. The Chaser team does play a role in the story, by the way. The girl was reading it and laughing at some points, which made me smile as I watched her reading it.

244. It was set during The End of the World (I think). Except I remember the 9th Doctor being in my house, and leading me towards the family room ... by gently pushing my backside...

245. A Torchwood dream. A girl in my class said she thought Ianto was "pussy-footed". I think this means cautious, soft-treading, etc. Then someone criticised RTD. Apparently Wikipedia said he was a pawn who just gave someone a speaking role and that's how he got his power or something.

I'm pretty sure it involved some Jack/Ianto.

246. *SPOILERS FOR S4* It was based on Journey's End (still haven't seen it). Rose and the Doctor had said their last goodbye on Bad Wolf Bay. After the Doctor left, Jackie suggested that Rose inject herself with a syringe to make herself forget. She was thinking about it/going to do it when a voice said, "Behind you". She turned around, and there was the Doctor - from the future (may have been the human one). He had a little talk with her, and he had a wedding ring on (clearly it had been on for a while). He said he'd been married for a long time, "To you". He then got out a ring and asked, "Rose Tyler, will you marry me?". Rose was lost for words. The Doctor slid the ring on, then Rose kissed him and jumped into his arms.

For some parts of the dream I was Rose, especially that last bit. But I was also watching it as an episode, and was surprised that I wasn't crying. Worse, it was meant to be on from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. according to the TV guide, and just stopped after this scene with some time to go. So I had to go onto YouTube to see the last 10-15 minutes.

One day Rose was at home (or was it me?), and she somehow received a message from the future versions of herself and the Doctor. They were older, had put on weight, and a bit uglier. Quite boganey is what I thought at the time.

247. Involved my cousins' dog - who we were calling Donna, even though her name is Bessie (unless it was a different dog entirely...) - and me watching the classics on YouTube while all this dog stuff was going on.

248. *SPOILERS FOR S4 (sort of)* There was a thread posted here in the New Series section called "Endless Rose". It was posted by Theta Sigma, who explained aspects of Rose's return, and something about her being defrosted after being cryogenically frozen.

249. A kid was on a TV quiz show, and the quizmaster asked them, "How many Bad Wolf references were there in Series One of Doctor Who?". The kid said 9, which I thought was the correct answer, but the quizmaster said, "Thankfully no!"

250. A Torchwood dream. There was definitely some sort of plot, but all I remember is that there was a lot of Jack/Ianto kissing, from pecks to pashes. Well there was one point where I think Jack was talking to an elephant in the jungle ... about what Jack and Ianto had between them.

Dreams #248 and #250 were most probably inspired by watching Torchwood: To the Last Man yesterday, as it includes defrosting a cryogenically frozen man and Jack/Ianto action. Dream #249 could have been influenced by my reading of the Doctor Who Encyclopedia yesterday, as it contains an entry about the Bad Wolf references.

Ahahhaa, it's so sweet that you've dreamt of Theta Sigma twice. I love it. Smile

Some would say that about actual Torchwood eps.

251. *SPOILERS FOR S4 (sort of)* It was supposed to be Turn Left (which I haven't seen yet, but it's on next week!). It was set at Christmas, and so it was snowing. It focussed a lot on Rose and her attempts to get back to the Doctor, but apparently at some points he couldn't see her/get to her. I think there were a lot of appearances by celebrities.

Can I just say, Sulp Niar, that I absolutely love receiving comments from you. They brighten up my day, and help me remember that someone is actually reading this thing. Thank you also to the others who have commented on here over time. I love you all.

Hahah, thank you!

Now this thread is even more sweet. If I wasn't as mature as I am, I'd be like "UGH!" right now.

...UGH!

EDIT: Actually, your most recent dream sounds like, erm... another story, we shall say...

252. It was definitely about Doctor Who. Or Torchwood. But definitely one of those.

Yeah I know it's kinda slack that I include these, but more than anything else it's a reminder to myself to stop slacking off and get my dreams down!

253. I was either Jack or Ianto, and I was with either Jack or Ianto (depending on who I was). We were sitting on a crowded train with our backs to each other, and I was delighting in the feel of Jack/Ianto against me.
Then on another crowded train/another part of the same train, we were facing each other. I put my hand on the arm rest, and Jack/Ianto, as I hoped he would, put his hand on top of mine.

My dad is still oblivious to the fact that the main reason I bought Torchwood Series Two was because of the Jack/Ianto...

254. My dad announced that we were moving house. The main reason I didn't want to go was that I didn't want to leave my TARDIS wardrobe, or have to paint another one.

I have often wondered how this will play out when I eventually do leave home...

255. There were some small Doctor Who/Torchwood action figures. By rubbing them up against sketches of other Doctor Who/Torchwood characters, my dad was explaining, er, the facts of life - both ways...

So is it fair that I include both Doctor Who and Torchwood dreams in the same list?

If I didn't know better, Ickabod, I'd say you were jealous of the thanks I gave to Sulp Niar...

256. *SPOILERS FOR S4* The Stolen Earth was on, and it had a thumbs up and a write-up in the Guide. It said that the Doctor and Rose were reunited in a town where they were both born - Rose on Earth and the Doctor on Gallifrey, but with the same name. The only quote I remember from the write-up is, "Hugging tightly..."

(And how about that - Doctor Who on Sunday has a thumbs up and a write-up...)

So then I was watching the episode. Apparently the Doctor had to go to the first planet out of the galaxy to meet Rose - Atrios (which was in
The Armageddon Factor. He was on a spaceship that wasn't the TARDIS, and it refused to go there because it was out of the galaxy. But then there was a shot of the ship flying over the Sun, and there was the planet. I think it was blue. The ship landed and the Doctor and his companions got out (apparently Jackie was there). The Doctor was telling them to remain calm etc., and he was also "speaking" for Jackie. He said stuff in her persona like, "I'm more exciting than this!", and then replying as himself, to himself, "You could have fooled me". I think at this point I called out to my brother that it was on and he asked if i was taping it. I realised I wasn't, and had to run to find a tape, put it in etc.

257. There were "auditions" to tell the story of the Doctor in Last of the Time Lords. Rose was a candidate and she said it to an audience. They said she was good but had no charisma, so Martha got the job.
